2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure. If your information changes, please notify our support team promptly.

2.4 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify us immediately through live chat.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hn777 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (applicable for each method)

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

3.4 Same Ownership of Accounts

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering (Turnover) Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳20,000 in bets. If you attempt to withdraw without completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The hn777 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week

You can be promoted to a higher tier based on regular activity and engagement with the Platform.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity is detected, hn777 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Each promotion may only be used once per member.

5.1 Fair Play

hn777 believes in fair play. All games are operated by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of any game cannot be predetermined.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Accessing another member's account or attempting to harm them

• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address
• Placing bets in collusion with other members

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game is cancelled or incomplete due to network issues, server errors, or other technical reasons, hn777 will attempt to refund the amount for that game. However, hn777 will not be held liable for losses caused by technical reasons.

6.1 hn777's Rights

hn777 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Failure to verify the account
• Providing false information
• In the interest of security or law and order

6.2 Closing Your Own Account

You may request the closure of your account at any time through live chat. Before the account is closed, all pending bets must be settled and any eligible balance must be withdrawn.
